Do you sell frames?

Currently we do not stock frames to go with our prints. 

Can I see a digital proof before the print is shipped?

Yes of course, please request this in the comments box at checkout. Please note we don't do proofs for greetings cards or Digital Printables. One change will be allowed after the proof has been sent. The dispatch date may be delayed depending on how soon we receive your response to the proof.

I don't see the illustration I would like on the charts, can you do a custom one?

Unfortunately we are not able to do custom illustrations.  

Can I send an item as a gift to someone else?

Yes, please enter their address in the "Delivery Address" section at checkout. Gift wrap and/or a Gift Message option is also available during checkout. Please note, a change to the delivery address or the addition of a gift note cannot be made after the order has already been placed.

I made an error on the personalisation for my order, can I change it?

Yes, please contact us within 12 hours of the order being placed and we can change it for you. After this time period we are not able to make amendments as we aim to have items created and shipped asap.
